Delivery Days and Timings

We deliver orders from Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not made on gazetted public holidays or other officially declared holidays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for all orders of Rs.5,000 or above. For orders below Rs.5,000, delivery charges apply as follows:

• Other cities across Pakistan: Rs.300 only

All prices mentioned on the website, including delivery charges, are final. There are no hidden costs or additional taxes.

 

Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver all orders on time. However, in case of unavoidable delays, our customer service team will proactively contact you to inform you about the updated delivery timeline.

 

Delivery Process and Attempts

Before dispatching your order, we will confirm your availability at the provided delivery address. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will reschedule it for you. A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made before the order is canceled.

 

Delivery Partners

We deliver orders through a combination of our in-house delivery network and reputable courier companies. Each order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

 

Return Policy for Incorrect or Unwanted Products

If you receive a wrong or defective product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
If the product does not meet your expectations, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange to recall the product.

 

Product Warranty

Products covered under warranty will be serviced according to the specific warranty terms mentioned on their respective product pages. Warranty cards, if applicable, will be included with your delivery.
